Office hours vary significantly across locations, often depending on when provider appointments are scheduled. Although services are typically available between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm on Fridays, please be aware that hours are subject to change and may vary by provider and/or location. Administrative staff are not in office full-time; therefore, please be aware that we may not always be able to assist walk-ins.

Current clients - if you are trying to reach your provider, please reach out directly to your provider’s number and/or email.

Please note that the main line is not a live line and is monitored at specific intervals. Callers, please pay close attention to the message and leave a detailed voicemail specifying any questions you may have. The answers to most questions can be found on our FAQ page.
